    Payment Information
  • A £150 deposit is payable prior to domain registration and work commencing. 
  • Payments can be made in a variety of ways:  Credit/Debit card, cheque, bank transfer and cash.
  • Upon completion of the website, the remaining balance is due, and the monthly hosting charge applies. 
  • Monthly hosting charges are paid quarterly in advance by automatic credit/debit card subscription for your convenience.

Refund and cancellation policy: 
You are able to cancel your website giving 3 months written notice before your next payment schedule.  Cancellations must be made in writing via your original email address for security to the customer care email as stated above.   Once your domain name and hosting has been ordered, and/or photo editing has begun, you will not be entitled to a refund of the monies paid.
